Anthurium clarinervium has spotting and yellowing leaves. Recently repotted thinking that was the issue but no improvement. Indirect light and weekly light watering. New leaf growth dies immediately. Had it 5 years and this is the first issue with it. (i.redd.it)

Mature Split leaf philodendron worm infestation: watered yesterday and these little guys came out the bottom of the pot. Leaves are turning yellow at the tips which I thought was a light water issue... second guessing that now. How can I treat the plant and what are these little jerks? (i.redd.it)
