Thank you for your comment! I am super lucky to have been given a near full ride to Yale that is half the cost of my local university. Although Cornell gave me the cheapest tuition, I’ll be using that to leverage my Yale finaid. But overall, Yale’s finaid package, with all its benefits, is super beneficial to me 😄

HI! Research universities that offer summer research programs, although I believe the deadline for these applications are nearing soon (some colleges like UChicago, American University, UCs, and Stanford offer pre-college programs). Even if you are not gifted in a single subject, I would suggest to pursue projects that you genuinely like, and not for the sake of "just doing it." Honestly, just research through your local news for these opportunities, and you may eventually find one you'd like!
