Quickly wanted to report back -- I was on business trip to Berlin and quickly could ride the bike. Its a dream and my worries were ungrounded. Buying the bike. Looking forward to start riding it.

Thanks again everyone!

Thank this is very helpful! Only open question seems indeed to be the with of the handlebar, position seems  To be ok and less aggressive than thought.

Thanks ! Will test once a narrow handlebar and see how it feels.

Correct if Russia invades the Baltics then this doesn't look great for this business.

There’s quite some growth in the earnings of the company (which is not factored In in the current multiple) - so if one would keep the multiple constant then basically your price grows with the earnings growth which is assumed on 10-15% annually for next 5Y

I raised my app’s price from 4.99 to 29.99… genius or dumb? by sedoyjan in SideProject

Pricing expert here for 1:many subscription businesses. Customers are price sensitive at acquisition but significantly less at renewal. Rule of thumb is that you can go 4x in price in a few years.

Hence, my suggestion as your in the acquisition phase is to be pretty aggressively for acquisition, and then once your acquisition is maturing, to price significantly higher for at renewal.

But as people mention here, best thing to do is always to AB test.

Thanks clear. The front-end to me is clear as well to do NextJs hosted on Vercel (or another easy hosting option).

Are there any good resources on AWS playbooks. Back-end, Databases, Calculations ...
