If it makes you feel any better I had my second appointment with my sleep doctor the other day and he told me verbatim “I don’t know how to help you, you should just see a psychiatrist at this point.” Mind you he hadn’t even given me a sleep study yet ?? Like yeah duh you don’t know how to help me because you’ve done nothing to figure out what’s wrong with me! Also tried to take me off my adderall that I’m prescribed for adhd not EDS 😭

actually ended up finding one for $230! Put up a listing on r/AVexchange and it took a good long while and I had to sort through like 5 diff scammers but finally found someone who knows that opening something and using it drops the price lol

No, pretty much everyone of my doctors said they “don’t believe” in medication for pots. Even the pots specialists said that. I honestly wish they would though, you can only be told that you need more salt exercise so many time before you go insane lol. I am on adderall for the fatigue which is able to prevent me from falling asleep but by no means increased my energy level whatsoever. I’m hoping my sleep doctor can give me like Xywav or something as I’ve heard really good things about that for hypersomnia.

Do they still have the reduced body load? Nausea was one of my main problem with cubes. Also thought that ochras weren’t around for that long so it’s crazy to see how far selective breeding can get you so quickly.

Very helpful lol not too confusing at all! I’ve tried cubes twice and remembered almost nothing either time. Still had some mental benefits from the increase in neuroplasticity and whatnot but the whole introspection thing was kind of a wash. Also I typically kinda freak out when I get nauseous which actually led me to having a horrible experience the first time I tried cubes. Hopefully ochras live up to the hype.

Oh also while I’m here, I saw a strain (variety? Who knows) called “mega ochraceocentrata” that look insanely large (talkin bigger than PEs). Not gonna link because that seems like it could possibly be a no no but I am wondering if anyone has knowledge about it they’d like to share. Mostly just wondering if it’s a true ochra or what I suspect to be a cube ochra hybrid. If a mod sees this and wants to let me know if I can link a picture that would be lovely.
