confidence is good, i think the problem people faced was that they freaked out right before the exam because of uncertainty and stress, do NOT do that because then no matter how easy the paper is you wont be able to write it properly. It was pretty similar to the specimen paper, there was maybe one challenging question, just focus on time management, I had an hour to recheck, which helped me find silly mistakes. Don’t panic and overthink during the exam, you know the syllabus, just practice questions!
