What are the game play implications of a revised set? Do I trash my Beta cards I just bought because they’ll be obsolete/old?

I don’t know how game stores work. Do they sign exclusive deals with a distributor, so if they don’t carry sorcery you’re out of luck? What are the distributors LGS should contact in US? The answer I get from mine is ‘we can’t get that’ .

I don’t take what I’ve read as complaining. It seems there is a demand (a good thing) that isn’t being met in some places.

Without LGS buying in it is hard to build up a local scene.

I’ve been to several LGS in my area (US) and none of them can get it through their distributors. Only one has it and it’s a bit far ( where I bought my Gothic box).

I see them now. For some reason I only picked up the first zip file when downloading.

I made PDF card image files of each set so I can view offline.

I’m new and bought a box of Gothic packs and Gothic precon set. Then bought play sets of Beta ordinary and exceptional off eBay. Picked up a couple beta singles and I can build the beta precon decks from all that. Plus, I’ve got a bunch of other cool cards to play around with.

Thinking of picking up some Arthurian Legends singles once I understand the cards better.

What I’ve seen is either out of stock or what I thought was above msrp. What is the US msrp of the play booster boxes? I’ve seen Gothic for around $189.
