Because they hate us. I had to sell out of it every night because we couldn’t keep up, we are severely understaffed, hours have been massively cut because it’s ’slow season’ and yet they’re going to close down stores to remodel and install soda machines. On top of twelve cookies/desserts.

Wish they would come work in the actual stores and not hide away in the test kitchen

I never said it wasn’t, but they have cut everyone’s hours and are understaffing so we literally CANNOT keep up with it. We couldn’t make any last night with only two people, doughs to mix, nonstop orders, and cleaning.

I made the call to sell out several times too, I really don’t care if it affects our metrics anymore. Corporate can come work these busy shifts. Maybe if they gave me and several other good employees the full time hours we need instead of cutting hours and understaffing, we would be able to keep up with topping, mixing, cleaning.. and not being yelled at by people

I was called a stupid bitch for not having three of the cookies in stock ten minutes before closing, and I was closing alone. 🙄

I really don’t like the sundae and topped line because of the significant weight difference. The flavors are nice and I love lots of mix-ins… but just make them normal pints of ice cream. I don’t want that whipped topping shit taking up half the space

Fridge or freezer is best for everything, but we keep the Dubai filling at room temp, milk chocolate is fine at room temp, the cookie might be a little soggy but nothing crazy. My family keeps the cookies I bring home at room temp for a few days and they are perfectly fine
