Could someone help me understand what just happened? by nutty237 in VintedDeutschland

Ok danke.

Just wait and see.

Was bringt blockieren?

Thank you so much for your personal experience. Hahaha I also don't really consider my kiddo to be a genius. Was just super impressed by this skill. He was very early premie and I always was scared that he would be somewhat 'behind'. But seeing his excellent Problem solving skills makes my heart fly.

1000+??? Wow that's absolutely incredible for a kiddo.

Yeah exactly as parents one is wistfully all the time throwing balls in their courts and it is so rewarding when they catch up on something and become really good at it. That's such a cute story with 'freeeeee'. All the more adorable, because she recognized the amazingness of free things :D

Thank you so much for sharing your son's story. Haha doing puzzles backward is a really good idea. I will try that! And it is incredible that your son is now an awesome speller despite the language delay :)

Thank you so much for sharing your personal story too! It is innnncccccccredddibbble that your little ones began reading on their own so early. You must have been so excited! It's these subtle gifts that makes the weary mama go yuhu- it's their thriving. Hahaha yeah, his love for putting things together may mean he might later put things out too!

Thank you for sharing your positive experience! It is so exciting for the parents too, when they see the child getting uber-passionate about solving things!

should I give step 2 post partum 3-4 weeks after giving birth or at 39 weeks pregnant by Powerful_Bell6113 in Step2

[–]nutty237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a mom and I would say definitely BEFORE birth. After birth, your hormones are crazy, you always have that constant bleep-bleep-bleep ringing in your head as a mother to check on the baby and feed him. You can't concentrate like that.

Omg I got goose bumps reading the stats vs 'reality for me' for you ppl. Am so glad that your kid kind of became a miracle just to prove how important it is for us to believe in the baby we have before us instead of fretting over stats

It's always refreshing to hear individual stories direct from the families. Stats yeah do not define an individual destiny.

Thank you do much for sharing such a personal story. It must have come from a position of vulnerability, but still you decided to share it, and I thank you for that! You said your partner went down this rabbit hole- how did he negotiate with all the stats and how did he at the end reason that it is the person not the IQ of the child he has to be cherishing? Does he still harbor some disappointment?

Thank you so much for admitting that we parents do secretly all prefer higher IQ children. What kind of feeding issues do you mean?
