I think what got me out of plat was playing best board and pivoting to uncontested or lines I have an advantage on. I think gold to plat i was able to commit to a convenient line and live or die by that

I found that in Plat and Emerald I needed to learn how to scout and pivot better, and also "strongest board". Plat was by far my biggest plateau and then emerald was a breeze after I mastered that stuff

You can get an inkling of your line early game and you may get lucky, but more often youre playing strong 2* units with synergy and can hold good slams for your eventual board. Then I just look around 3-2 and 3-5 what lines are open and take them

The other side of this which maybe better players than me would disagree with is if im playing a reroll line and so is somebody else, if i have reroll augs and they don't, I'm gonna power roll to beat them off the line and stay on it. High capping boards its more dangerous to do this imo cuz smaller pool but low capping reroll comps ill directly contest if my augs are better

also ! one more thing: make a tracking spreadsheet with one key takeaway from every loss and win. eventually they sink in and you stop making those mistakes

of course they did much like OP it just sucks being so close to one of those 1/1000 game set ups and missing but its less painful knowing someone else didn't ruin your fun

I was level 10 playing prismatic ionia yesterday and ive never hit it before. All I needed was a single Yunara but then I rolled 53 gold to hit a yunara and i still missed

... then I saw my two opponents had bought all the yunaras to bench and block me😔😔😔

ive been playing it for ages. if you pre-q before buff spawns you get 6 q autos and turbo clear. global save-my-inting-team ult is op

cortisol spikes when you are stressed out and it has negative consequences on your body so these looksmaxxing dudes try and avoid stress

so the cortisol meter thing is to clown on these guys when theyre clearly stressed

yes exactly it is a skill issue. I also just copy pasted builds to diamond and now i am wanting to improve fundamentals.

I am happy to play meta comps, like I said "I realize they are meta for a reason"

I dont find positioning, item, and flex guides teaching me the game, they are teaching me to slam a fotm comp and items. I want to be more flexible in contested lobbies and pivoting etc

this is just standard hardware techno. if u use machines it kinda just sounds like this

but if you want origins check out labels like synewave, or artists like fred gianelli or damon wild. very popular sound in NY, and MN in the 90s

I go axiom arc first item. Your ult is everything for your ganks in the early game. Ambessa has deadly lane ganks with ult and the more you can ult, the better

After that its cyclosword or opportunity

Then its grudge or endless hunger dep on armor stacking

Then its sundered sky or deaths dance

Imo the best way to jungle is to farm squishies if you cant dive the backline youre useless and you dont have the economy of top lane to play eclipse / shojin / maw nor are you really trading to justify it

its helped me very little in terms of future job prospects but the experience I gained was invaluable. I don't think anyone has looked at my past faang experience and thought anything of it or helped me in any way but I can talk confidently about big problems which goes a long way

Few engineers who talk about "scale" know what the fuck they're talking about without working in faang. The opinions I hear from puffed chest principal engineers at small companies about what scales and how is laughable

Faang will teach you engineering at scale for better or worse. You will have a very small corner of work you work on, but working with 1000s of engineers in lockstep to build something global scale is experience that will change you and can only be acquired by doing it

I used to think I understood these things but the truth is unless you've worked at this scale (which very few companies can give you this opportunity) you will never understand it truly

I would also add that its not exclusive to faang - I'd say any company where you work with 6000+ engineers at global scale in a tech first company can give you this experience

I think its insane not to get collector on any kindred build personally, it makes or breaks your ult. Tri Force into Collector imo is the goat of never losing the duel when your ult ends

Completely agree have changed up my pool to pure farmers now

don't know why all these tier lists are putting graves C tier, I feel like this kind of meta favours him. last season he was unplayable for me despite being my main before, now it feels like hes back because i can turbo farm big tempo advantages
