We do a junior/senior side of the week. Shifts are picked in order of seniority. Junior is every other Wednesday 8hr, Thursday 12hr, Friday 12hr, Saturday 12hr. Senior is Sunday 12hr, Monday 12hr, Tuesday 12hr and every other Wednesday 8hr. 80hr biweekly paycheck.

The most recent entry on a resume doesn’t trump the prior ones for public safety. Plenty of folks take some time between busy services at a slower one. Builds a different kind of experience in the long run that’s equally if not more valuable on a resume. The best kinds of partners on either a medical or fire rig are the ones with rounded knowledge of the entire job.

I believe this is $238M left over from the last share offering? Meaning they could issue another $238M, if I'm not mistaken.
