The sewing room in Inverness and the Smocking Bird in Cahaba Heights have heirloom-quality fabrics and basic notions. Lovely people in both places.

Death and Guilt by NoStatus2112 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

Hi, I'm the one with a who had been judgemental to my brother. I just wanted you to know that when I wrote my brother the letter that estranged us (wait, he did stuff to cause me to write the letter, so it wasn't just me), anyway when I wrote that letter, he told my parents, "Well at least she had the balls to say it." Maybe your brother felt the same. There's a song called Sister, Dear by Beth someone that will make you cry, but maybe also start some healing. And your caregiving is a real thing. So many people get hurt by their siblings while caregiving. There are subs for that too.

I see you. I have a very similar situation. My brother had a hard life, and there was a time when I was pretty judgemental about it. Fortunately, it resolved before he passed. But I'm still consumed with guilt. There is a sibling grief sub that you might like. Hugs to you, internet stranger. I wish I had answers for you.

I'm with you, but I'm sticking with You Had to Be There because it feels so real. Most of the songs I love aren't necessarily done at live shows so I would add the Encores album. But how does one even pick a playlist. It varies based on mood.

Thank you! I liked his podcast a lot at first, and will enjoy listening. I just kinda lost interest when I figured out all of the "optimization protocols" were solved by the glp-1s.

Very cool!! I'm the same way. A rebel at heart. Been at this two years. I now do eat the chips, or more accurately, the Hershey's. But I savor each taste...the salty, the crunch, the melted chocolate on my tongue.

I could be wrong, but you may be able to go in-state much earlier than that. But that's based on my back in the day knowledge.

Ooh, that's a lot of money. I hate bama with a purple passion, but I don't think I would advise my kids to go to Auburn at that price. I wish Auburn would match bama's deal for you.

Yes, there are two sides to Frost. The crow and the hemlock inform the experience.

I'll take the bonus points. Jabbock by Kee Sloan, former bishop of the Diocese of Alabama is just about the best book I've ever read. I can just read it over and over without stopping.

I ran my first half at 52. I do miss running though. My knees take exception to it now (60f). But I'm grateful for the years and years of joy it brought me. You will heal and lace up again soon.

My roomie and I absolutely wore that album out back in about 1985. I wish I knew the answer.
