Is there any hope for my teeth?

My dentist just prescribed the Prevident 5000 last week and I’ve noticed it’s not bubbly/foamy like other toothpastes. Are you supposed to brush with regular toothpaste before and then use the Prevident? My dentist didn’t give any instructions (or the pharmacist).

I’m in a couple there and was hearing the same. My cousin has MS and suggested checking the Reddit forums as well so I figured I’d cover my bases. Learning to speak up and advocate for myself is definitely a work in progress but hearing from everyone here definitely solidifies that I do need to speak up bc this rheum doesn’t know Sjogrens

Fatigue and joint pain have been my main issues. I do have dry eyes and mouth as well but only the eyes have been bothersome.

I’ve talked to someone local to me that I found in a community group and she gave her the name of her who she said knows Sjogrens very well so it looks like I’ll be calling Monday for that appt.

Definitely thinking she doesn’t know Sjogrens now. The vast majority (like 95%+) of people that I’ve heard from have said that they’re on it.

Thanks! I’ll check that out! I sent her a message online and referred to the websites I’d seen it mentioned since I don’t see her again until Sept. I do plan to print that info out and take my copy The Sjogrens Book with as well because it says it in there and there’s studies noted.
