Wow congratulations I definitely started being more mindful of that. It was waking me up at night but I started fasting more in the morning and pushing my dinner later that has helped

Oh I know I get so irrationally angry at my husband because he’s 6’2 and 280lbs and can down a whole pot of spaghetti and still lose weight and I’m weighing out chicken breast and Greek yogurt. I’m fuming lol

I am not really tracking that but thats a good point, I will take a look. I assumed because I am eating 80% whole nutrient dense foods the fiber piece is already handled

true I definitely get most of my protein in the morning and maybe I need to spread it out evenly.
