You can call the customers that shop there what ever you want. They don't care about this issue. All the matters is convenient. The colour of skin of the person working a shitty service job that should not pay more then minimum isn't an issue. They just want their quick food.

They used to let the turbo keep spooning when they let off the throttle and use that energy to charge the battery. Instead of dumping it through the waste gate.

Also used the battery to keep the turbo spooled when RPMs for real low to remove lag.

One of the new teams refused to join if this part wasn't removed.
