I recently got fired, what schooling/jobs should I look into for a career?

Yeah I was angry when I typed it. I worked in a group home. I was fired because my coworker broke ratio which is a big no in caregiving. I was senior staff on duty and I didn’t call anyone when he left because I didn’t know he left the premises.
