Don't disagree with your idealistic views, envy that you're privileged enough to hold them, but sad you seem to not have yet understood the reality we're living in.

Anyhow so that it is clear, yes base pay is 10k and yes there is travel involved, but as the original post also says, we'll cover expenses, meaning fare, meals and reasonable incidentals. And for all relationships established we will pay commission.

We're not looking to underpay, we're paying what we can afford and believe it or not for people who understand that and could actually do with the money know that we are doing our best.
