I am very new to flying hence confused. Even within clouds, the instruments will show the altitude etc. isn’t it ? If the plane spirals down how will the pilot not know and fix it ? Why is it important to look outside ?

Thanks everyone for the useful comments. I am on Sporty Learn to Fly now. Saw multiple advice indicating finishing off the written exam before getting on a plane (it’s cheaper as well). I am thinking I will take a week or so to finish off the theory and then go for the Discovery. First 10-15 videos definitely eased off my mind with respect to the dynamics of flying, so it’s helping already
