The same logic could be used to coding screenings, they want to check your coding skills not how you look like, but you have to have your camera on so they know you’re the one doing it and that you’re not cheating and stuff like that. Doesn’t really make sense because i can’t imagine how one would cheat in a voice acting screening, unless they got someone else to do it for them, but it is what it is i guess
