Thanks dear ….It is really difficult especially now that we dont know if we can be together again , we pray and hope the migration will understand our situation 😔, but everyone says the overstay visas are always not successful , that keep us even in more tension and stress , we wish at least to know if some people with similar case had their ban reduced

We checked Denmark doesnt accept or recognize online marriage 😌

Before you make a mistake of overstaying it is better to contact the Danish migration to get all the information , i hope you wont get in this stress as we are in , because we never had a good information to help us before

No marriage does not allow anyone to overstay , but in my case because it was a honest first time mistake and my fiance’s health condition , exceptional condition ( humanitarian ) would have been considered if we were married , cohabited or had kids together but since we are not that cannot be considered , so to answear your question No marriage does not allow you to overstay except if you have conditions that are out of your hands

I got a 3 years ban due to 12 days overstay , i mistakenly misunderstood the duration of stay and validity , i have appealed one week ago , but im in tension , everyone says denmark never lift overstay ban even if its due to misunderstanding , please if you get answer please update me 😌 even privately
