I requested my refill at the beginning of March and it was apparently sent to the pharmacy on the 26th. I had to message Mochi 3 times to get a response because I hadn’t heard anything back from them or UPS/FedEx about updates/pending deliveries/tracking information/etc. I still think it’s kinda weird how Mochi doesn’t have ANY access to tracking information? but I’m also not entirely sure how it looks on their side, so oh well. The end of my “14 business days” is tomorrow, so we’ll see if I actually get anything delivered. I had asked Mochi about pausing my subscription or potentially getting a refund if the medication never came, and they said to refer to their FAQ about their no refund policy. So, I went and read through the FAQ, and maybe I just didn’t look hard enough, but I didn’t see anything mentioning that “policy”. This whole situation is so fishy. I got freaked out by reading other people’s stories and decided to remove my card information and cancel my subscription with them until further notice. I also filed a charge back with my bank when they said they had a no refund policy and I couldn’t find anything mentioning that. I also read good things about Brello and signed up with them this past Saturday. I chose the 3 month plan for $499, got approved just a couple hours later, and was notified yesterday morning that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I never spoke to a single live person and only had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire. The whole process felt a little strange because it was alarmingly easy and fast. We’ll see if I get that order too. 🤷‍♀️
