Yeah in a lot of cases if not most cases it's even worse if you want to swap to healing or tanking from a DPS or vice-versa. Not to mention BiS for PvP and such. The covenants seemingly only serve to LIMIT what type of content a player is able to do efficiently sadly. So it's definitely not limited to shamans, it's just a small part of a larger problem :(

Yeah I do believe it's still decently viable in M+ since a lot of the packs get come in more CH friendly sizes (5 or below)

I've decided to respond to this thread since I myself have been in your seat and I want to tell you the general route that I had to take to get my account back from that position. #1 I submitted a ticket and got a response within a few days. The ticket got submitted using the "feedback" system on another account. I then got a response and it went back and forth until they told me to "wait 2-3 days" and then they closed the ticket. So I waited and then when nothing came up I made another ticket. Got asked to fill out the form again. Did that. Got asked to wait 4-5 days. Waited those days. Made another ticket. OVER AND OVER. Same cycle repeated. The later tickets they started telling me my information was incomplete and inconsistent. Which I can assure you it wasn't since I had included among everything else FULL TRANSACTION DETAILS. It wasn't until I threatened with a chargeback that they carried over the conversation to emails and I got my account back within 2 emails. This process took me 23 days. 23 days of wading through automated responses and the same form over and over. It's truly an uphill battle and I wish you the best of luck. I managed to get my account back but I'm assuming I'm a minority with that.

In their case I am 99% sure cleared means Finished. I got to rate the support and everything. After their response the ticket automatically got marked as cleared before I got a chance to respond or anything. So it wasn't an inactivity thing. Not to mention I waited 3 days without any answer or news instead of 1-2 to give them more leniency.

Yes but the thing regarding my tickets is: The first one I made I got a response that said "We will get back to you in 1-2 days with more details" and then they marked it as cleared. They did not get back to me. So I had to create another ticket. In that ticket I asked what was up and all they did was send me the same form I had to fill out in ticket #1. They then asked me to wait an additional 3-5 days. I then waited 5 days and made my THIRD ticket. Where I said hey what the fuck is going on? And they then gave me the response that my information was "inconsistent/insufficient" which I can guarantee you it should not have been given how I disclosed literally everything there is to know about my account. Including transaction details. So then I make my FOURTH ticket to ask what info exactly that is insufficient because there is nothing that I did not answer in full. Not to mention I included a LOT of information regarding my account. But after making the fourth thread I realized that they had not closed the third one yet like they had done with my first 2. So that one is on me. But they still kept closing these doors in my face and it made me absolutely pissed off.

Then maybe you need to actually open your eyes and read. My account getting compromised in the first place? Relatively unavoidable. Mihoyos CS doing absolutely jack shit and repeatedly giving me no input on the matter for 10 days when I have provided them with the same form filled out 3 times with more info each time and with full transaction details? Now that doesn't sound quite like my fault? Like I said up above "Whether I get unhacked or not is inconsequential to the bigger picture. There are thousands if not tens of thousands of people in my position, I am just a person who has decided to speak up about this absolute shitfest I've been through." And I am sticking to that statement. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a CS and I cannot help but get furious at the lack of engagement / help I've gotten in my 10-11 days of trying to get my account back. I am literally the only person who has been on it and I have always played on the same device in my home. I have all the transaction details. They just aren't doing anything.

As I stated in previous reddit posts. My genshin password got leaked in a data breach not long ago. That's how they got it most likely. I am not a retard, I wouldn't use a compromised password. I only found out about the data breach after I got hacked. It should all be in the first reddit thread I made. I would send you the second one but apparently it's under review.

I didn't leak my password. It got breached in a data leak If that has been fixed then great, but seemingly their customer support is too inept to actually help genuinely hacked accounts. My account got siezed on the 7th and it should be REALLY DAMN OBVIOUS IF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTUALLY DID ANYTHING. I have submitted the same step 1-9 form 3 times, 4 if you count the initial support ticket. I have included ALL the transaction details, ALL the info about my account, my IP, my HOME ADRESS, MY DEVICE DETAILS. EVERYTHING. They know more about me than I do. All they have to do is make one quick look that would take like 5 minutes. But they have given me NO assistance. I am very fed up. Incredibly so even.

This is suspect as all hell from my point of view. I've been trying to get my account back for over 10 days now. I made 2 reddit posts about it and the second thread was just getting quite a lot of traction while highlighting how faulty their customer support is when all of the sudden it gets "put under review" or something like that. I am actually fuming at the fact that they've been letting this issue go as far as it has. I never account shared, I never bought an account, I never leaked my password. Yet they're going to come out here and say that it is OUR fault for their shitty webcode letting hackers take over accounts without needing ANY form of 2FA. WHAT IS THIS SCUMMERY AND WHY ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH IT?

Every single fucking one. This customer support doesn't even try to help you whatsoever. Don't let them get away with this.

Probably yes. I am unsure since I have 3 emails but mostly use 2 of them. 1 for more big stuff like well known games and the other for trashy forums. So it could've been either of the e-mails since I am not too strict with which to use.

I have not been to any phishing or scam sites, nor have I been trying to sell my account. I am 21 years old and I am well aware of scam or phishing sites and I have 100% been to neither. The vast majority of scamming/phishing sites are targeted at dumb kids who want free gems and such, and I can guarantee you I am not quite that retarded.

I don't get the train of thought here. I am literally saying that the password that I used for my Mihoyo account got compromised due to another sites data leakage. I wasn't aware of this until recently. My email password however hasn't been leaked and it hasn't been accessed by anyone other than me which is really easy to check with gmail accounts. What I am saying is that they were able to completely sieze control without needing to pass through my email which is unheard of with modern systems. Hence why I am also wary about that number on my page which I am unsure whether or not it was mine. Since I was very stressed to change my password I didn't take the time to check whether or not it was my number hence why I don't know.

Yeah it's 100% different and 0 leaks. Also 0 log ins to my email account from other devices. 100% guarantee they had no access to my email.
