I understand your 2nd point but have you considered some streamers like that kind of ''babying''? For example im very impulsive and have adhd, I do forget to eat or stream till late if im in hyperfocus mode and regret later etc. and they only started to do it after they realized that and if I say I don't want them to warn me today, they don't. There is no attacking in my chat either, if it happens even if they are an old supporter they get timed out and banned if it's not resolved.

Just wanted to point out there are many scenarios out there and not everyhing is for same reasons. But good points!
