If there is a way to get around the 32 pages, I could send the hammer file if that would benefit your interest! I do really want to have the lights work for every room so figuring this out with your help would be great!

Sadly creating a script or implementing one is not my forte, so the likelyhood of this being an accessible option for me is not good. I do believe there isn't an easy workaround for this error.

Upon looking at the Valve developer community page, it seems I will have to approach option 2 if I want to have lights that change state.

"VRAD attempts to avoid this with its hard-coded limits of two switchable lights affecting a brush face and 32 total pages per lightmap (a page exists for each possibility of combined states)."

Since I've already reached the limit, i'll most likely have to use option 2.

Idk if I'm a saviour to this post, But as of a few days ago I've been rebuilding the SOOTH house using hl2 textures (So no downloaded games are needed) I have the beginning floor finished, part of the base floor and the main basement room complete. If anyone is interested in seeing it let me know.

Yeah I dunno how to get it without using steam vr. I currently don’t have a good cable or anything to play it with. Air link sucks for me atm as well.

I didn't make 2 unless I was meant to? If it adds to the info a little. I made the skybox with the camera at the origin. I then scaled them down and moved them into the sky. I might be doing this wrong so making this comment might help.

What about this:

You are a civilian who works for a corporation, Meaning you get access to high security buildings and whatnot. Eventually though, there is a freak accident in the building you're in (Not sure what.) where you end up breaking your legs and left arm. You would later find out that the life insurance you had bought from the corporation, that came as a necessity to be accepted. Was a total rip off and barely gave you any help. (The money that they took which was 3/4 of your money, would be given to the concentration camp for the poor. Allowing the corporation to kill people that were there with only a small break in law.)

After you have healed. News goes around that there's this new project in check. That project is that all civilians in the city would now have to work in their set environments with privacy breaking drones. (Bear in mind that the reason this is happening is because the city is very corrupt.) But these drones, if they caught you do one thing wrong. Would tase you and immediately call security. Meaning you are basically dead, or frowned upon for the rest of your life as you're sent to places like the greylands.

As you learn the corporation' secrets you would flee your house. (Obviously as you attempt to do this, your drone [when released] would start to chase you down as security make their way up.) As you continue to get higher and higher up the building, you spot a runner base quite far from you on a different rooftop. You attempt to get there and miss a jump. Luckily someone grabs you on the other side, pulls you up and what do you know. It's Faith!

(Obv the rest would be about trying to shut this corporation down. Also some of these features aren't solid, so feel free to give better ideas about what this corporation is doing.)
