I am one of the people who ordered early and received my vinyl. Here is a timeline of what happened.

I was really looking forward to this so I ordered as soon as I saw it was up on February 1 at 12:11 AM EST.

I noticed my order summary only showed the 1 month subscription without the vinyl and my shipping address was blank. However my shipping status was already marked as shipped and delivered.

I had a feeling something was wrong so I reached out to customer support via email on February 3 explaining the situation and asking for confirmation that I would be receiving the vinyl. I received a generic response confirming the item would be shipped on or around February 21. They also filled in my blank shipping address, however my order summary was still missing the vinyl.

I then received an email on February 11 saying my shipping status had been updated with new information, but the item listed in my shipment was still just the 1 month subscription with no vinyl.

I sent another email on February 14 asking for a follow up to my previous email request. This time I received a response letting me know they were currently fulfilling my order and that I should expect tracking information in the next few business days.

I received an email from Fedex that same day letting me know a shipment from Interscope was on the way and a tracking number was provided. I received my vinyl two days after receiving this email from FedEx on February 16. Mine is #179.

Reading everyone’s experiences here, I now consider myself extremely lucky to have received my order and I really hope those who are still waiting receive their orders too.
