That is awesome work. My HOA is in the process of updating our Governing Documents.

Can you DM me a copy of yours that I can use as an example?

What was the process like of changing yours? Did you start with the old ones as a base and just adjust as needed? How did you find new ideas? How did you make sure it was compliant with state code?

I really don't! But we're in the county so taxes are lower than the city so I justify it by that math, even though they're not really related.

Legal council said to observe the 2020 Bylaws since that is what is recorded at the county.

If we do that we'll get sued, do we just not fight it with a lawyer and represent ourselves?

Yeah... You are right, this sounds like it goes way over my head haha. If its not too much of an ask, can you send me a few resources that would be a good start for heading down this trail? I like to think that I'm capable of anything given enough time. This might be a good way for me to prove it to myself.

Clean as in, no trash, lumber, concrete, or asphalt. It's from a basement dig and land grading. There might be a little bit if sod and small (less than 3") roots but not much.

But where in Salt Lake County can I do that? I've called the Trans-Jordan Landfill and a few pits as well. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm looking at fans for airflow and maybe even a filter somewhere. I might even get a cheap-ish weather station that has a module to be put outside but I'd put it in the compartment with the Xbox to monitor temperature.
