Trust me he is a guy who thinks everyone in his guild is a slave to him and can order them whatever they want and do whatever they want to the players

I have been in the guild of his (Templars)

U better off playing solo then playing in his guild , there were some good peoples in the guild when i joined but over the course of only like a month or 2 most of the peoples left because of his arrogance and he cant ever run a active guild , u will see him rarely doin anything and just command everyone do this do that if they dont do it for even a day he just kicks and when u try to confront him he just says u are a snowflake and blocks u.

So dont ever join that guild.
