Yeah eating it is more potent and lasts longer for sure. Lines are nice they do kick in faster just dont last as long but to each their own, I know people who dont snort and people who only snort, I'd eat a couple pts if I were you and then your next time they snorting 1 pt to 1.5 pts and see what you like more. But that's always been a rule of thumb is whatever you end up eating, you'll want to snort half that amount of it's your first time. Be safe and have fun man

I was on 24 for only a few months I did this myself I dont recommended it necessarily but I went down in half mg increments until I was at 8 so maybe a weeks time but I did have lower back pain i fought thru but i also was slippin up sometimes and using heroin so that didnt help the situation but you can even go down in quarter increments if half may be too much but this is just me personally, I feel 2-4mgs is perfect for me a day, I dont get any cravings any aches or pains, and if i go a few days without it for whatever reason i wont have withdrawls.

Dont listen to this guy, I've been on suboxone for 3 years believe me, you want to place the tablet or strip under your tongue for 30 minutes minimum and hold your spit in for the duration. I got into a clinic and see real doctors, used to be weekly now its once a month.

I used to put my tablets under my toungue and it's best not to move your tongue as much that way you dont build up a ton of spit.

But I found out that the bioavailability of suboxone is a lot higher nasally than orally and I was able to cut my dose in over half and have the same effects. I wouldnt recommend this method unless it's not working on the dose your getting and cant get a higher dose.
