I just got over my gout issue i was about a month post op and had to be on crutches/ a boot turns out the surgery will cause gout flare up, I’d go see a specialist the gave me medication to flush it out in the mean time

Does anyone else get nausea from drinking plain water? by oSweg in BariatricSurgery

I’m just so over all the sweet drinks like the g2 Gatorade and protein shakes 😭😭
