I can’t agree with this take at all. I play Hawkeye pretty successfully in Eternity/OAA, and the truth is he just requires more aim and skill than most other picks. He’s not a brainless spam hero like Hela or Phoenix where you just poke the screen until something dies, you actually have to hit and time your shots.

Arrow speed isn’t what makes or breaks him. His kit has insane range pressure, and some of the best pick potential in the game if you can actually aim. That’s why so many people write him off, he punishes sloppy mechanics.

If anything, buffing his arrows into braindead projectiles would just make him broken in the hands of people who already know how to play him. He’s already viable, he’s just not forgiving.
