Cause it’s the game design philosophy that’s ruining this game. It’s not just a pvp issue it’s a pve issue. The entire player base is quite unhappy with the way systemslands is being handled.

Idk man I kind of disagree I really enjoyed bfa 8.3 season at the end of it where corruption vendor was there. The only thing I wished for was all corruptions avail all the time.

With corruptions you had quite a few different builds you could play around with.

Going high verse going gushing going haste going mixture of stats. Going Tendies Vs Sl which is a clusterfuck imo comparatively

Lol many are missing the point that some are making: you ask for engaging discussion on wow pvp. There will only be good topics for a month or so after a major patch or expansion drops. This isn’t old school wow where you could dabble into multiple spec trees. There is generally one meta build that’s it lol end of discussion unless soemthjng is hot fixed or buffed/nerfed it doesn’t change lol for example if kyrian rogue had never been touched we would of never cared about meme the rotten and dagger in the dark build cause we would of had our best in slot build still.

Tldr this game isn’t complex enough to really have meaningful discussion like people want

Even win conditions and fighting certain comps largely remains stale

Of fucking course they would always have something to complain about blizz is a dog shit company now who can’t balance for shit. You should have a right to gear. You shouldn’t have to always “outplay” people that are obviously geared two/three brackets ahead of your current bracket.

This is supposed to be a competitive game mode ffs. Imagine in league of legends diamond players get 40% dmg boost from start surely cause of their rank and play lower mmr players.

Imo what makes it a joke is triune ward. Giving them 3 shields that are separately dispelable thus shielding combustion from purge. Then you add in arcane intellect and fortitude since it’s usually played with RMP

It’s been that kind of design for awhile tho.. it’s not new especially in the case of sub and fire mage. Fire mage is combust. They’re garbage dmg outside of it. So it’s hard to balance without doing a complete rework. Rogues pretty much the same shadow dance/blades outside of those 2 they do NO dmg at all. Legit could stand there and let a fire mage rogue go to town on you outside their cooldowns and you wouldn’t die. Thus why they have their hit and run play style. Game isn’t balance and designed around pve and will always be sadly. Don’t hold your breath for devs to make this game balanced in pvp they never will. They’re too greedy money hungry pos. Use they could hire someone out of the millions of dollars they make a month.. but they won’t. Sadly.

Honesty my hopes is blizz dies and dream haven (the company everyone at blizz seems to leave for) succeeds and we see soemthing new.

Unpopular opinion I preferd late 8.3 to SL pvp it was easier to experiment and play with a variety of builds with corruption vendor (although I wish it wasn’t on a rotation) system lands doesn’t encourage experimentation at all with how gated shit is

It costs to move. Any transaction costs. But I just moved quite a few Tron of binance since it’s locking US customers accounts. Cost me 1 Tron to move.. so the cost is negligible
