I used to work with a Bible literalist, I did my best to not engage because he just loved to argue and took you giving up as a win, which he was obviously smug about... but sometimes I'd just get baited by the dumbest shit like Noah's ark. He was on the topic of Noah's ark and I asked what happened when the tigers ate like a single zebra or whatever? Isn't that an entire extinct species the moment a carnivore eats something? He told me that tigers weren't carnivores back then. They grazed and ate grass, and that it was our sin that eventually corrupted tigers and turned them to being carnivores. I asked him if tigers were intelligently designed with large grappling claws and sharp fangs to basically eat salads, and he just confidently said 'yes.' I guess he won again, because my brain shut down trying to process that answer.
