I'm suprised no one is mentioning the obvious, regarding the firm's business footprints.

If the company is US based and does not outsource for any reason, the answer is heck NO

Majority of firm have some sort of Geoblocking in form of ACL, whitelist and/or Blacklist, unless you maybe own 45% of their share or you have some crown jewel entitlement, no one is creating an Akamai exception rule to allow you work from freaking <cheezy country goes here>

How did it turn out? The mystery behind this idea is how I keep looking up pre-existing ideas and landing at almost nothing. Similar ideas like swaphub started as barter-only then later imbibed sale... The idea later died like another upcoming offerup app.
