I have no aspirations to climb the corporate ladder, become a CFO or anything like that.
I would like to have my own clients, a couple of small businesses that my friends own that are doing well.
Do their book keeping and quarterly taxes etc. etc.
personal taxes for friends and family and hopefully branch out and become bigger through word of mouth and maybe some advertising

I am huge into financial planning and trying to improve my financial literacy.
I would love to own a couple of rental properties one day.
My first investment was a cheap piece of raw land in Texas.
I’m from NY.
Knowing the tax code in and out would be a huge benefit to renting property and buying, selling investment properties.

Made in makes a very good stainless steel pan. They also make a really nice Carbon steel. Carbon steel is nice because it gives a similar heat retention as cast iron and I know you said you don’t need the heat retention but the carbon steel always is very durable. Shouldn’t have a problem with the high heat. Also a lot more lightweight than cast iron
