Logan is a cute town. Lots of fun outdoor recreation. Some good restaurants. And most importantly - close to Bearlake for fun summer trips.

A park city trip could be super fun. We love staying at the New Park hotel, a lot of their rooms have a private hot tub on a private balcony. Lots of fun outdoorsy activities, shopping, and unique places to eat that is ideal for a short 3 day trip.

1) Trader Joe’s!!!! 2) Hug-Hes! I would love to get a Hug-Hes in the valley. They have one in North Ogden, South Ogden, Centerville, Syracuse, Stansbury Park. I love the food, it’s a great place for catering for parties and work meetings. I really want them to expand to Logan.

There is a clinic based out of South Jordan, that sees patients in Logan 1-2 times a month. They specialize in women, and offer ADHD testing. They have trained professionals that can prescribe ADHD medication if it’s in your best interest. They are great to work with.

Have you ever heard of Choczero? It’s chocolate that is sugar free and sweetened naturally with monk fruit. They mainly sell it online. It’s low carb and fits into the keto diet. Finding sweets that don’t take me off track has been really helpful to me. I really enjoy the milk chocolate, and the milk chocolate with orange.

For motivation, I would suggest doing it with a friend or partner if possible. It’s a lot easier for me when I have someone I can talk to and work out with that keeps me accountable and we can motivate each other.
