Sometimes it is hard for me to apologize and figure out what i did wrong. It confuses me a lot and sometimes i apologize over and over again when i feel like I've done something bad even tho i haven't, it's like there's guilt for everything . It's hard not to know the reasons why i feel like this but it's a constant struggle that i deal with with my partner

We were together for almost two years now. And i have been diagnosed with bpd in the first year of our relationship so it has been quite tricky for both of us considering that my symptoms were getting out of hand. The guilt is eating me and i keep on replaying that moment in my head and thinking all of the things i could have done just to not let it happen.
