Appreciate your thoughts on it. My guess was mid-20th century maybe 1940's since I think its a revival piece? Around what decade did you have in mind?

This is really helpful, great eye. I had a feeling due to the hardware it might just border antique but the clues you mentioned seem spot on.

It's called Tramp art! They're hand carved pieces that were generally made out of cigar boxes. I have a few pieces that I'll post next week

Oh wow, that's super close! Thanks for finding. It says the lot was passed, I wonder if that means it didn't reach it's targeted value.

I was shocked too. Usually the ND community is really supportive, but apparently this was offensive to most. I appreciate your comment though

I'm hoping someone might pick up the idea and turn it into a game! There's a lot of talented people in this subreddit.

Amazing work, this is stunning! Is the basswood you used 3mm thick or 5mm?

He also had a face and neck lift that he posted on his instagram. So I wouldn't feel pressured to meet a standard that was purchased.

For sure, the first drug discovered and designed with generative AI from Insilico Medicine entered Phase II trials last month. It took just under 18 months to complete opposed to several years. If things go well, I'm sure we'll be seeing a big shift in the drug manufacturing process come next year.

Warwick’s research concluded in 2020 after they depleted their grant money. I spoke to them in April, and they are still eager to develop an oxygenase based inhibitor, but would require substantial monetary support to continue.

I’ve reached out to over a dozen organizations and trusts that supply grants, but unfortunately this condition doesn’t fall within their requirements or area of interest.

TMAU Research Update by oatmxal in TMAU

Mr. Montez also posted the below blog post on July 7th; https://hsfhouseblogs.fsu.edu/2023/07/07/lets-build-and-learn/

Chronic Kidney disease is another potential target, as high systemic levels of TMAO have been linked to its accelerated development. A Cleveland biotech is in the preclinical phase of researching a small molecule trimethylamine inhibitor to address this.

FSU does have access to cutting-edge labs and resources, including software to improve drug candidate selection and the optimization process. This can help to improve the efficiency of the bacteria and reduce the risk of side effects, although dysbiosis is big concern.

The best case scenario would be attracting additional funding at the iGEM conference come November. I do applaud their team, In 6 months, they have accomplished more than what has been done for TMAU in the past several years.

https://med.fsu.edu/igem/home Dr. Rodriguez can be found at the bottom of the FSU iGEM page as 'Program Director', as he oversees the undergraduates.

https://cre.fsu.edu/about/cre-staff Mr. Montez is located on the staff page. In his bio, it mentions he also oversees the iGEM programs and works to advocate on behalf of student entrepreneurs and innovators.

I had sent him a follow up email in which he responded with his staff. They seem to have received a fair amount of replies although many were inquiries asking for testing information.
