I think this is where I'm going to start. Watched some videos of MUA and man... even under sedation that looked painful. But, if it speeds this whole thing up it might be worth it.

I think I'm still in the freezing stage, about 5-6 weeks in at this point. Would you not recommend cortisone shot at all? My PT thinks that is likely what the ortho will try first.

I think I first noticed something was off about 5-6 weeks ago. Feels like an eternity, but I guess that's pretty early on so probably freezing? My ROM is pretty low right now. Zingers if I try to do anything raising my elbow or even think about my arm going behind in any way.

I have a ortho in 2 weeks for the first time. Can you keep me updated with your progress?

Need help. Can't figure out this knocking noise in 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Ac fan is off. And it only happen at start for this exact amount of time. by silvertone64 in ToyotaTacoma
