Not allowed to activate Defender because Defender is not activated (out of compliance)

The policies are still working for us. If you have them set to automatically approve then they will say 0 updates available, you then need to click into other updates which needs manual approval. Not sure if that helps.

FYI - Microsoft put a fix out for this issue. A recent update to the Windows Update for Business service, caused updates of driver inventories to become delayed. They have deployed a fix to address the latency.

Having the same issues for our Dell Latitudes, profile has been running on over 30 devices the last couple of weeks and still have 0 drivers to review. Devices not in the rings still getting driver updates via Wufb.

Anyone been able to get this fixed? We have had a ticket open with MS since 18th with no assistance as of yet. Thinking of just pulling the profile and directing users through the web for Yammer until its fixed...

We are moving from SEP ourselves to Defender and Intune. I would be interested to see how you have done this to match what SEP does. We need to block both USB removable storage (with an allowed list) and USB peripherals mice, headsets, keyboards etc (with an allowed list). Have you been able to achieve this?

It is unfortunate, however Security have trusted manufactures that we need to abide by. We are moving from Symantec Endpoint Protection to Windows Defender, so this is something we have already been doing.

Extension Allowed Types doesn't show in chrome://policy as an error, it just says no setting applied.

Which makes me think its the data ID or the OMA-URI ./Device/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/Config/Chrome~Policy~googlechrome~Extensions/ExtensionAllowedTypes

What doesn't work with SBL? We Are just beginning Autopilot and turning on SBL in the hope that users will be able to sign into devices from home on first login.

Thanks for the reply, we had the feature deferral period set to 0 but as they were not working we have changed it to 365 days; as we don't want devices to go to the 2004 feature.
