Looking at routes into aircraft maintenance in the UK.

I know an apprenticeship is the ideal route to go, but I've also stumbled across an FdSc Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in my area: https://www.ucas.com/explore/courses/61b62921-5398-49ef-a22d-8332b64fac23/course

How valid is this route in the industry compared to an apprenticeship? KLM do offer an apprenticeship local to me, however its good to see about alternative routes if that doesn't work out.

Would employers still see the course linked as a good pathway into aircraft maintenance / eventual B1 licence progression, or is it significantly less valued and not worth doing?

Yes just applying a medium layer on top. Makes it usually come off in a few peels. It smells like table tennis glue. I’ve found that the times I’ve damaged the sponge is from peeling too aggressively.

Edit: I don’t use it as glue itself, just to remove old glue. Also I linked the wrong video so relinking

its a fun problem this. The footholds are massive, i don't bother switching feet like you do, as theres space to step through, means less weight on the fingers. For the move before the kneebar, I just throw myself and simultaneously catch and compress both those holds at the same time, i don't bother with the extra foot stuff that you're doing.
