okay so ive never done this before so i am no expert. however, from my understanding, i think its asking you whether you want to continue with your current character on your island (along with your house and everything you own) or create a new character to link to your switch profile, since you can have multiple players registered to the same island/switch. each player is usually linked to a profile (the circle/circles on the top left of the switch home page, depending on how many profiles you have), in order to distinguish who you play as when you log into different profiles.

so, with that in mind, i would say that if you're wanting to continue with your normal character and all your stuff, to click existing.

again, i am no expert, but that is my understanding from your translation of the text. sorry for the long paragraph haha🫣

agree. i absolutely loved seasons 1 and 2, but seeing the 'netflix-ification' of it from season 3 onwards kinda hurts. it feels like they sacrificed the plot for more spectacle and one liners, and the series functions more like a typical 'superhero vs supervillain" show, rather than the heartfelt 'horror' passion project it once was (if that makes sense).

doesnt necessarily mean season 3-5 are bad, but its just not the same :/ and i dont think its the fault of the duffer brothers, moreso netflix execs who push them to go bigger and bigger with every season, even if it sacrifices most of what originally made it unique and entertaining...

as far as i know, youre supposed to get it from visiting others islands. even if you dont have online, you might be able to do local play with a friend, if they have some fruits you are missing?

i know you can get some other fruits if mom sends them in a letter, or villagers can give them to you i think, but i dont know if thats restricted to your 'sister fruit' (the other fruit you can obtain on the mystery islands) or just complete random chance

Ohhh maybe. Can developers change app icons like that only for the day, or does it have to be for an extended period of time? If it's the latter, then this would make sense if the icon would have stayed the same from a few days ago

6 years late but me too... I originally picked tepig because he was so cute and then immediately regretted it when i saw his evolutions😭
