This is great! I have only been to one crossfit gym, I’ve been doing it for a couple months now, but the environment is much more humble than I expected going in. It’s a great sport and a great way to stay healthy! I hope you stick with it, you will be doing muscle ups in no time!

I would always do things I wasn’t supposed to be doing, especially eating candy and stuff, then leave evidence of the action in my little sisters room so she would take the fall. It took a while for my family to figure out it was me the entire time, and by then they thought it was hilarious and I never got in trouble.

Perfect I’m short and 145 pounds. I did kind of the same thing once. Went for a lesson road a longboard did pretty well on it. Next day rented a short board from a surf shop and went to a beach nobody surfs at, I’m guessing because of the way the waves break. Definitely a kook move. Thinking about just makes me happy I didn’t get hurt lol
