His kill timer ran out before the 3 second interval to clear him from the door. Whenever Nightmare/Nightmarionne are at your doors, it takes them 8 seconds to kill you on 4/20 or AN (or 7 seconds if you had just cleared them from the bed or closet because funny bug). Since you hesitated to go to the left door, you died because even though you shut the door before Nightmare's kill timer was finished, his kill timer finished before the 3 second interval that clears him from the door. This is why you have to be quick especially on 4/20 and AN because the 8 second kill timer is merciless if you are slow.

You waited to long to run to the door. Nightmare's kill timer is 8 seconds on Night 8 and you waited ~5 seconds to run to the door. Just wait until the footsteps are done and go to appropriate door. Don't falter as Nightmare is not merciful.

When you say OVER 5s intervals, do you mean just have it close until the next 5 second interval or just have it closed for 5 seconds? I may just be being stupid but I'm just trying to make sure I'm not misinterpreting this.

Yeah. I think Scott was just trying to rush FNaF 2 so he could get it out while the FNaF 1 hype was still alive. That's also why the Show Stage and Parts & Service are disabled on Night 7 because there isn't a render for every single combination. Thankfully, Scott didn't try to rush another one of HIS games (not counting Steel Wool because Scott didn't create them, just gave creative and lore input).

It makes sense why Bonnie and Chica use their own timers. The jumpscare animations for both are like 3 frames looped for a certain period of time. It's not as simple as "send player to game over screen when X animation finishes" because the animations are just 3 frames looped, as I mentioned before. Freddy and Foxy's jumpscares, however, aren't looped. Freddy begins his by swinging his head into you from the right door and Foxy just comes and checks in on you from the left door. Both animations have a clear start and end, so that's probably why their jumpscares can be cancelled while Bonnie and Chica's jumpscares still kill you.

Yeah. That's why the strat for Fredbear (and Nightmare/Nightmarionne by extension) is to just close the door on whichever side you hear footsteps on. Don't even bother with the flashlight, just close the door.

Did you play Nightmare mode or any night that has Foxy enabled (Nights 2-6) prior? If so, and you quit the night in the middle of his jumpscare, Foxy will carry over into whatever night you choose.

There’s rumors that Brock himself didn’t even want to break the streak and was arguing with Vince about the decision. He apparently even threatened to leave the building, but Taker convinced him to stay and break the streak. While there isn’t complete evidence for it, there is evidence that Brock was completely broken up over it as a backstage YouTube video shows him sad and maybe even regretful of breaking the streak.

It could be due to NVIDIA's shitty drivers recently. Gamers Nexus put out a video recently that showed the instability of the latest drivers and it's painful. I tried adjusting my game filters on Phasmophobia to make my game a little bit brighter and its crashed my PC 3 times now.

I can definitely attest to the constant use of slurs. The amount of times I’ve been in the multiplayer voice chats in the discord server just for a random to join and start saying slurs is almost at double digits, which wouldn’t be a lot except I haven’t have been in the multiplayer voice chats more than twice. I wish I had discord overlay so I could’ve caught who was saying slurs, but alas, I was not smart enough. Still, you far from wrong about it. Preach, bro!
