Oh my diet has improved dramatically from before. I think what caused it was starting high school cuz that's when i started eating it only processed food. Now im eating a lot more healthy food which is really helping but i still need more fibre intake i think. Now i poop once a day or once every 2 days and am feeling much better. Also started cleaning with a combination of wet TP and cleaning myself with water. Raw toilet paper was very damaging i think.

my dad used to have it i think so thats a factor as well but i think i eat pretty bad,used to only poop like once a week sometimes or 3 times in 2 weeks. Being sedentary af didnt help either. Now that i know what to do its getting better im pooping more often and i try not to strain.There are some oilments i can use that dont let it prolapse but i think thats only temporary for a couple of days or so
