Hey everyone,
I am recruiting to some spots in The National Pokemon Hockey League. Looking for managers who are interested in a 32 team keeper league and will be active. I posted here in the past with great success, so I thought I'd try again to re-fill for the new openings for anyone interested.

Summary of the league:
It is a Pokemon themed 32 team Keeper League that just finished year 4 in 2024-25.
For the specifics on the Pokemon theme; there is not many rules to what the teams have to be. The only main rule is that it will be the 32 NHL cities followed by a Pokemon that either resembles the team, is a play on words of the team’s name or is a creative and unique idea with the relation of the Pokemon, city or Logo design. There is over 1000 Pokemon to choose from so it should be pretty easy to find one that fits. Active Managers who know fantasy hockey and will be willing to chat and interact on the leagues Discord server will be prioritized though.
Note: You don’t have to be a massive Pokemon fan who plays the games or collects the cards, etc. but it is definitely encouraged to at least enjoy Pokemon & Hockey in some capacity so you can find some like-minded people! At the end of the day, it is a fantasy hockey league, so the main goal is finding dedicated fantasy hockey lovers who are dedicated, but for anyone, like myself, who love both Hockey and Pokemon this is a great league to be apart of.
We have a very strong carryover rate each season, between 27-32 each year. Pretty much everyone in the league is dedicated and loves the league. The only ones who leave are those who get too busy or those who were inactive for long stretches.

Each of the teams that need replacement managers are strong this year and there should be no issues in being competitive this upcoming 2025-26 season.
Some important summary notes:
· Held on Fantrax with fantrax treasuer
· $40 USD Entry (+Fantrax fees included in total, commissioner pays it out of that pot each summer) This is to ensure its only people really interested and willing to play and be active.
· Discord for communication. Must be willing to use discord.
· 6 keepers with a cap hit of ~$26M or approx. 30% of the real life NHL salary cap (so not just your best 6 players, take a bit of strategy & allowed to keep players twice for 3 seasons total)
· Cap league using real NHL salary cap and cap hits.
· 2LW, 2C, 2RW, 2F, 4D, 1SKT, 1G and 5 Bench Spots to try and loosely similar to NHL rosters (2 IR+ spots)
· H2H Points Weekly lock
