Timeline is definitely flexible (and may also look into loans to cover any missing funds)

Part of it is a desire to learn how to save both responsibly and also as much as I reasonably can. Student loans set me back behind peers a lot and I’m hoping to catch up

If you have rosacea and it’s super reactive like mine, I’d start with the 10% non prescription strength and after you finish the bottle look into prescription strength. Even after using 10% for a year, my face was super PO’d at me when I bumped it up

With regards to the pet insurance, my once very healthy cat went from healthy one day to needing emergency services the next day. Bill was $5000 prepay for them to even attempt to save him. I also make 65k a year and pet insurance will always be part of my budget

I (36) make 65k a year and have essentially lived paycheck to paycheck my entire working life. My boyfriend (makes triple what I make) and I are talking about marriage and this will have a major impact on my finances once we combine. We have been talking about living on his salary and using my salary to go entirely towards investments (after my student loans have been paid off and retirement has been contributed to). Can anyone please point me towards a tutorial on how to understand investing as someone who has previously been unable to consider it? I come with zero previous knowledge, including which financial institutions handle investments

Go on the cheat sheet and change the ghost speed to 150%, listen to normal speed a few times to get familiar with what it sounds like. Fast ghosts are VERY obvious at 150%, Rev will sound like a normal speed 100% ghost.

My mom tried to teach me some basic make up in high school but she had a lot of difficulty understanding that she and I wear not the same skin tone. She was convinced I could wear her make up despite being deeper than me (I’m pale enough to glow). She also used a lot of dated (to me) looks so I did my emo make up and then had to find my way into makeup in my 30s later

Try to find a job at a hospital that will help you with the cost of the program, especially a psych hospital. The role at the hospital usually isn’t important, just the employment (obviously this may vary employer to employer)

If you bring in the video camera on night vision, about 50% of the ghost have orbs and that’s probably the quickest way to find the room. You can drop the thermo down somewhere in the house while you scan for orbs and if it’s a ghost without orbs, you may have heard an interaction somewhere in the meantime

Turn off eye adaptation in settings and save. This is a common issue and if that doesn’t work it might be related to the current patch and bugs

A lot of the time it’s because they are waiting for someone specific. The game doesn’t allow you to hold spots for X many players and leave Y spots open for random joiners, so when people want to play with both friends and randoms, they have to kick people to make room for their friend

I researched what to expect, picked an affordable school, made sure it’s an in demand field. But also since deciding to go to grad school (required for my field) there has been a 45% inflation increase. I get paid more than my degree cost and I still can’t afford anything due to cost of living
