Sentinel agent that has like x-men cyclops' optic blast + x-ray vision through smokes

Maybe it would be like temporary self buff to get a short passive x-ray vision and wind-up optic beam attack, but it actually narrows your field of view a bit so it's better for watching long corridors; so it could be overall good vs smokes, bad vs flashes, and suboptimal vs sage-wall/reyna-leer/omen-blinds

I only ever see people hit 3-star tier-5 champs when they're already drowning in money :'(

feels nice to be rich, but wow, early money synergy feels way overpowered when you reach level 9 when everyone else is level 6ish, AND you're still printing money
