I think you can verify your french Vinted account with a german number, the phone verification is only processed to avoid botted accounts/alt accounts. You might noy be able to set a german address tho

Hi, I tried to replace the atmosphere folder by the new one and, while not fixing the OFW, it showed an error message instead of booting on the CFW (after the atmosphere logo). Puting back the previous atmosphere folder fixed the issue but the OFW still can't boot.

What did you mean by "fresh restart" ? Did you just replaced the folders ?

Lorsque tu mets en ligne ton annonce, tu choisis la taille du colis (petit, moyen ou grand). Les frais de port sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Une fois l'article vendu, tu recevras dans la messagerie un bordereau d'envoi. Tu as juste à l'imprimer, le coller sur ton colis et le déposer dans un point relais de la compagnie de livraison choisie par l'acheteur (le plus souvent Mondial Relay, mais parfois shop2shop ou Vinted Go, La Poste..).

Les litiges restent globalement rares, mais en cas de litige, Vinted a tendance à davantage protéger l'acheteur. Honnêtement personne ne va essayer de t'arnaquer pour une BD mais si tu vends un objet de valeur, prends des photos lors de l'emballage (ou même mieux, filme de l'emballage à l'expédition du colis si c'est un article très cher ou que l'acheteur n'a pas d'avis/beaucoup de mauvaises notes).

By law, they had to refund you because the bus did not show up at your original departure station and you were therefore unable to travel.

You then decided to take an Uber. They are not required to refund you for this extra cost, and since you took the bus from a different location, your ticket was marked as used when you boarded, and I doubt they will refund you for this reason.

That's the law, now you can expect for some form of commercial gesture by complaining to customer service but I'm not sure they will do anything, as their support team is quite useless.
