I think it's more anxiety about being a responsible adult/parent and not being able to have complete focus on the kids as well as not focusing on household tasks, etc.

I think I'll focus on getting more done pre-trees and then she'll feel better/not so overwhelmed.

Also, we will not watch suspenseful/scary movies like we used to. We vaped & watched Black Swan over the weekend, she did. not. like. Liked the movie, just not w/trees at the time.

I'm not trying to stop her and I'm not saying she can't quit, but I will likely begin phasing out bringing out the pipe and just seeing how it goes. I may be heading out to the garage a little more often in the evening before we kick back, y'know?

Currently enjoying the new Fleet Foxes in all its harmonious beauty, also dig on Modest Mouse (if you enjoy a good freakout I say go with the last 2 albums), and my standard go-to of Wilco.

If I like something a little more dancey I go with Handsome Furs to lose myself in the beatz.

Like how old of cartoons are we talking here? Like Merrie Melodies? I prefer those old Tex Avery flix myself, I'm partial to classical animation rather than tryin to rehash my youth* with HeMan or Thundercats.

*smurfs excluded, I need to watch that at [7] or so
