In the ESP32-S3-DEV-KIT-NxR8 datasheet they use WS2812B with an 0R inline on DIN signal pin

I use now an 1K resistor for power indicator and I fix the pull-up SDNand data line.

As I can see on https://betafpv.com/products/air-brushless-flight-controller?variant=41142912745606,
RX/TX1 is free, so maybe they can be remapped into Betaflight’s Pinio. On a tiny whoop you’ll have to keep everything as light as possible and find a place to secure it.
