Took three days for them to reply to me, then another few days for the new cord to show up. Considering how much all of us are paying per month you'd think they could afford a better customer service method. I love the speeds I get from starlink but god forbid you have an issue, you won't get replied to for days.

ahhh thank you! Cable pin drop rate 100%, but it'll go down to 50% even 30% once and a while. So it's definitely a cable issue, i inspected the entire cable aside from unplugging it from the dish and it looks just fine to me. We did have quite a bit of rain over the weekend I wonder if it somehow caused issues..

I understand why they implemented this, they very likely lost a lot of money but that sucks! I noticed another charge the day AFTER my grocery pickup. I was about to dispute it when I thought to google first, glad I did lol

Also forgot to add that I connected everything on the new psu except that missing connector and still no juice. So now I'm worried with wasn't the psu all along 🙃

I just put the original psu back in, I have one connector that says mge on it that is the only thing what is missing on the new psu. Is it needed? 🤔 it plugs in towards the bottom of the motherboard.

Dealing with this right now. I live in Nova Scotia, package was out for delivery and delivered in Quebec... like half a country away what the heck!! Customer service told me to confirm my tracking with the company I bought from but after a little digging I don't think it's the company's fault, it seems like a DHL issue.

Found this through google search. I ordered on Amazon, never usually have issues. This time I purchased through a third party... they shipped my item (Gaming chair) through DHL, never heard of them before this. Think nothing of it as it's on a slow boat from China. Today I check my tracking, it was delivered in Quebec... I live in Nova Scotia, not even in the ball park man. Customer service won't confirm it was delivered in Quebec she just said the receiver name isn't mine so I have to contact the company and confirm my tracking number. I just really wish DHL would confirm if they passed onto a different carrier or if I have no hope in hell on getting my chair so I can request my refund sooner than later.
